Standard shipping includes costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Standard delivery for shipping to most states will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, following credit card authorization. Please see the States We Ship To section for more details. Deliveries are handled by UPS and Fedex based on state availability. All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years. We recommend that orders be sent to a business address where an individual (over 21 years of age) is available to sign for the order. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
Shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Accessories and gourmet products are shipped separately from wine, based on the state we are shipping to, however they are consolidated for shipping fee purposes.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Express Shipping is available for specific states. Orders placed by 11:59 pm PST will ship the next business day, pending credit card verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping for wine is not available for the following states: AZ, CO, FL, WI, DC, NY. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Noblegrapewines.com does not ship on major holidays and weekends. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat and/or cold), noblegrapewines.com reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.

In some instances, state laws regulate product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill your order requests. We are currently licensed to ship wine to 19 states. Certain states allow a specific number of bottles per order.

New Mexico-24 bottles per person per month
New York-36 cases (9 liters per case) per person per year
North Dakota-12 bottles per person per month
Oregon-24 bottles per person per month
Texas-15 bottles per person every 30 days
Wisconsin-36 bottles per person per year
Wyoming-2 cases per address per year
Local laws prevent us from shipping to certain zip codes in Alaska, Arizona, Florida, and New Hampshire.
While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there is on occasion, instances where certain vintages sell out or simply are no longer available. When that occurs, we reserve the right to substitute with an equal or greater value item.
Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
If you think your order is late, please note that: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Express orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
